Our Hollywood / Film Maker Ministry

The motion picture industry is two things, extremely influential on the world stage, and, right now, at least, leaning toward the Satanic. Our goal is to initially come along side existing Christian ministries and help them become more effective in their own ministries, then, using their advice and counsel, build a ministry there of our own that can first compliment what they’re doing, and then become effective in our own patch. Currently we are working closely with The Hollywood Prayer Network who has an outreach to (their number) 10,000 Christians in Hollywood, and Greenhouse Arts and Media (Greenhouseproductions.com), a Christian entity that assists Christians and others hone their trade and assist their productions and businesses. These two organizations know Hollywood as well as anyone. We’re working to expand the influence of both of these existing ministries.

Out Alive Productions—We believe this industry is the biggest witnessing tool the Lord has ever allowed to be created. With the visual, musical, and emotional content of a single production, it can expose many to investigate the truth. Our thought is to create our own production company that would make faith-based films and would evangelize the cast and crew during production. Such a ministry would give work to Christians in Hollywood, give them a production site where they could be themselves, and where they could share their faith freely. We currently have two screenplays and one miniseries ready to go. For all you big dogs out there, we’d love to help you make some real noise - a divine cry that will last for eternity.

Out Alive Workplace Ministry—Although the template would fit just about any workplace, the ministry target is the International Film Making Community. We would identify churches near our target production companies and production sites. Then work with those churches to create a “Word” storm at the the production location. The churches would bring in the short Christian books along with other Christian materials and just lay them around for people to pick up and read. They would also start Bible Studies and Prayer groups. If such groups exist, they’d come along side them to help with any handout materials. We’d also take existing materials and modify them to be more specific to that production or production company.
